I updated the OP. Sorry about the delay. I am at the fire station today. Right when both people had it up I got called to a fire alarm. Then I got called to a car wreck on the interstate. When we pulled back in the station we got called to a fire. Now, I am going to take a shower and wash the ash off my face. Plus, we still need to make dinner.

When you see something go screeching across the floor, leap up and latch onto your friends neck you just have to laugh cause... what the hell is that thing.
Remember people, instructions are there to help you not hinder you and anytime you skip them you are doing the same with your phone as it would be to walk off a cliff with a self packed parachute.... did you do it right by following the instructions or did you just shove it in the bag and jump..... think before you leap!
Is there a how to on installing this without losing your data?
If this is like any other update then you put the update.zip on the internal storage and then use the phones update in settings>about phone >system updates>update android to install the rom.
