Scrren drawing bug

The lumia doesnt recognise gestures/lines on the screen edges when made from one edge to another.

To see what I mean, open diagnostics (dial ##634# ) and go to the 'touch' test. This will open a white screen that allows you to draw lines.

Try to draw a line from one edge to another (right to left, or any direction) quickly. A region of about 1 cm gets missed. The solution is to either draw very slowly or keep the finger on the edge for a while.

This gets annoying while playing games like harbor master where its required to 'draw' a path to the edge of the screen. I've seen this one 4 lumias with the updated firmware. Anyone else see this weird behavior? I'm not sure what else this might affect but drawing games will certainly be affected.

I just tried this...very odd. It does get a bit funky on the edges at times.
I hadn't noticed this to be an issue with my daily use but it could be in the future.
Hopefully they release a fix as I imagine it's just a software issue.
