Back after just a short time.
Normal phone use. This thing is fast. Not much perceptible lag and smooth animations (though a tad on the lengthy side).
I will say that while playing some of the more graphically intense games you can tell they run noticeably smoother on the exynos 4212/mali 400 (ie.GS2), there is a drop on framerate on the GNex. Probably in part due to the higher resolution screen and part due to the less powerfull soc.

Either way, operating the phone under any normal conditions it is smooth as butter so far, maybe have to look at kernels with build in OC...idk been out of the rooting game for about a year now!

Got mine an hour ago. I second Samsung having a dusty factory.

Coming from an AT&T GSII. Too lazy to root and rom. Will enjoy the stock experience for a little while before I start romming the crap outta this thing.

and now for stupid question time!! can i use mskip toolkit to root ? and if i wanrt to unroot i would have to use fastboot commands to flash this 4.0.4 (IMM76I) from google?

I got one off EBay from a guy in HK who seems to be making them. I loved it from my N1 (and amazingly, the GN -almost- fits in the N1 sleeve, lol)
