You have to translate framework-res.apk. decompile it and go to: /out/res/res/values. Add here things in your language, and edit the arrays.xml as well (edit only things between arrows: >.....<). After edit all compile the .apk again and translated rom you have.

Need to do them all.. But antonio gave me a usefull method to do it, im currently translating to dutch

just installed, but still FC of android.acore and bluetooth processes, does patch #1 fix this?

this isn't working yet, so better not port it.
kernel issues I think, not fixed after #patch 1, however I did had my system in dutch, couldn't use it because of the FC..
