Thats not possible without HW modding, even then I'm not sure it would work.
Samsung Galaxy SIII (I9300) (Main phone) - Jelly Bean 4.2.2 (leak)
Samsung Galaxy S (I9000) - Jelly Bean 4.2.2 (CM 10.1)
Apple iPhone 4 16GB - iOS 6

Sold devices - HTC Sensation (bad screen ghosting), Sony Xperia P (horrible battery), Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 3G (low res screen)

LEDs aren't always RGB. doubt Samsung would use those for simple soft keys, seeing as they haven't even added a notification LED...

Would love to see them RGB, though, for different notifications .

Service manual/electrical manual thingie (forgot the name :P)?

Don't think they are though, or the kernel devs would've found it/Samsung would've said it/Samsung would've done something...

I think it's impossible. If the soft keys use RBG leds, Samsung would have something to say about it, when sell I9000.
