No they are not. Not as far as I know.

That ICS 4.0.3 w/ sense 4 rom is not worth the trouble, more than half imortant features are not working. However, it is good to hear, that some progress is being made, so until that ROM is stable, I will be staying with Sandvold`s BETA 0.8 rom. Great job Sandvold!

This is the latest official RUU for the newly released HTC Desire V T328w (HTC Wind). It is a China-only variant of the Primo, with ICS 4.0.3 and Sense 4.0A.
The most important aspect of this phone is that it has almost identical hw with the original desire, and most importantly a SoC with a built-in Adreno 200 GPU, same as Bravo.

I already picked apart system.img and it looks legit. Here are some sample files while the RUU is being uploaded.
