Default WiFi stopped working

So I have been running ACS SFR 1.2 ever since it was released without any problems. Last week however, my WiFi suddenly stopped working. Everytime I would try to toggle it on, nothing would happen. When I would try to turn it on from settings I would simply be greeted with a message saying "Error" everytime I try to toggle it.

I was also experiencing some signal issues with the phone so I thought maybe the phone needs a new ROM/wipe so I decided that I might as well go with CM9 Beta 2.

The problem is still there even after flashing CM9. The WiFi toggle would change colors, but nothing happens. The WiFi still doesn't turn on.

Any idea on what might be the problem? What should I try to make sure that this isn't a software issue?

NVM. I didn't know how to select a WiFi network on ICS. I thought it would give me a popup like it did on Froyo lol.

No need. Flashing CM9 fixed it. I just didn't know that you had to click on the WiFi section under settings. I just used the toggle and expected it to popup asking me which network to connect to like it did on Froyo.

You can delete this thread or lock it. Problem is solved. Thanks.
