If you haven't yet, you could buy the trinity kernel app in the market to make the kernel even better.

gonna give this a whirl on m5 build see how it dose

I flashed this kernel and my phone got super hot... just like DoW back on my vibrant..... morfic, my phones don't seem to like your kernels :P

Or you never changed your habits?
A bad app causing undue CPU use or even wake times would make quite a difference.

And what is the filename of the kernel you flashed, that is too general a comment for such a variety of kernels. (Unless the first comment nailed it)
