Alright guys good/bad news

good news: I got a bluetooth today to start testing and logging on my own and i made some progress on it this weekend.

bad news: while talking on gtalk today my phone slipped and shattered my screen so....eh!

lmao thomas already pointed me towards a repair kit i might do that but if not insurance is $130 so i might go that way, sucks i had dropped it before and had luck but this time it was concrete lol

Whoa what's up with you guys shattering your screens. Luckily I don't consider myself a ROM dev since it seems that rom devs' phones are having unfortunate fates.

Meh I fumbled it replying to someone, now I gotta live with 2g til I figure out if I pay the $130 or get another phone :/

Unfortunately, I have to confirm random rebooting. I was taking phone out of my bag's pocket yesterday and saw the last few seconds of boot animation. That was definitely a reboot. I use the latest available versions of MIUI and Anton's kernel with fixed vibration by hampsterblade.

Also, I used stock Samsung's headphones yesterday, listened to online music radio, used Voodoo Sound. I got a call, and the party on the other end complained they barely could hear me. This has not happened without headphones.

One more thing, when I used browser the text regularly got garbled, rendered completely unreadable. It usually happened when starting scrolling, but sometimes even without it. This also affected AdMob ads inside apps.

All in all, I really like MIUI. It looks awesome, and customization options are amazing.

Lol thank itzik2sh but didnt like the raver thing he did alot and moved on bc he had to lol eh anywho I was looking at screens they are about $90 but I might get replacement from T-Mobile not sure yet gotta see what's the best option for me because I ain't rich lol

About random reboots. They must be tied directly to CM7/ the sms kernel.

A lot of us don't have the issue. My best bet would be that the kernel is allergic to an app that you all are using. Everyone who has a reboot issue, pm me a list of apps that you have on your phone. I'll try to zero in to it.
