Seems really nice! I'm tired of ICS instability so I'm going to try it, maybe tomorrow gonna give some feedback.

Thank you for your work!

Bugs:
# Root is kinda buggy, if you open titanium Backup he asks to fix it;
# If you open A2SDGUI the Rom becomes super instable

Should Add:
+ Toggles Settings
+ AppwidgetPicket

Shouldn't do:
- Remove Stock internet browser;
- Use that file explorer;
- you shouldn't make people user other apps like dolphin, that file explorer, mx player, etc (And I Think is illegal).

Titanium always asks first time to correct it.
What is AppwidgetPicket anyway?

It is allowed to release custom ROM with these apps, as long as these are free.
My PM is NOT Q&A section! If you have problem with your device, SEARCH!

Use the SEARCH before you create a new topic! Why? Because you get the answer within few minutes! A topic can take days before you get an answer!

It's the first time I see Titanium Backup asking to fix the root, and I already and several android phones. I tought that was strange that's why I reported.

AppWidgetPicker is a app that you add in system/app/ folder and that joins all the widgets of the same type in one line. it's better to see the official thread with the app

AppWidgetPicker: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=780828

Edit: Sorry, I've misspelled "AppWidgetPicker" on the previous reply

Installing the ROM now, can see that you have included a kernel in the zip file.
Do I have to install that? Is this your own kernel?
I currently have X Kernel.
Will report any bugs later...[COLOR="Silver"]

No Reboot to Clockwork? Should there be?
Smooth and lag free.
Still testing it out further
