How's the auto brightness on the One X?

Coming from the Galaxy Nexus where the auto brightness was unusable (it was always way too dark), how is the auto brightness on the HTC One X? Do you find it works well and is it adjustable or is it too dark like the GN? The iPhone always had the perfect auto brightness and the user was able to adjust the setting of it but I miss that since switching to Android.

Works great for me. It's a nice brightness. I've got no complaints.
