I got my replacement phone last week but it was even worse. That one wouldn't even connect to 4g for 10 seconds without dropping. The cdma radio didn't work either. My 3 Nexus arrives tomorrow and I'll report back...

4g works great! It was a pain getting the replacements but it was a faulty radio on the first three devices. Kinda crazy but finally the fourth one works great!
