Google Play Store, App Refund Issue

Hi there,

I tried to purchase the Unlocker for Fancy Widgets so I could use all the clock skins etc...

I tried to purchase the App off my HTC One X handset and was told that there was an issue with my Google Wallet or something... I know I've got funds in my Account so thought it was weird...

I got to work and tried to buy the app off my work PC, It didn't go through so I left it for a little while and tred again two more times.

I checked my emails and for each purchase I've got the Play Order Receipt and the Order Cancellation Receipts, So I checked my Bank Account and I've not been refunded, I can only see four amounts or £1.69 going out of my account.

I contacted the devs and they asked for the transaction numbers, they said that they can see that I tried to purchase and that the orders were refunded/cancelled etc...

So I'm guessing it's down to the Google Play Store to sort this out?
Has anyone else ever suffered with this?

Happened to me but I never checked my bank account, I asumed that they refunded back... Too lazy I guess.
