It is probable. If you've read the forums protekk is building us a working ril for aokp/cM9. Many other devices are helping him check the general section

And leave the man alone..he already had a post rezound users are up his a$$ about it.

When or if it comes, it comes. He said he would work on it. I don't remember seeing him giving any guarantees or timeframes, so just chill out. Or figure RIL out yourself.

Sorry for the confusion jackpot... This place has gotten out of hand lately with stupid threads. I don't even care about Aosp, I just like options. I feel bad for those working on it.

All he's really getting at is that this question has already been answered. Typically people will take some time to research whether or not their question has already been answered before posting in the Q & A.

This one has...

Probability is 50/50...it either will or won't. There's you're answer.

However he (protekk) he had to vent about people being patient and they keep pestering him he may decide its not worth the time and move on. So as long as people are working on it there is a possibility. If they stop chances drop, simple as that.
