Phone got wiped

I went in through titanium backup to remove the stupid bloatware that verizon puts on their optimus 500 variant (the lg vortex), and i went in to force an uninstallation of it, which ive done before no problems, and somehow the phone got set to factory defaults. is there any way to easily get back all of the stuff on it, and does anyone know why something like that would randomly happen?

nope, i think that you might have deleted an important system application. when your phone does a factory reset, theres no way of turning back unless you made a nandroid backup
