Your Honeycomb tablet MUST BE ROOTED. No exceptions.
If you've already upgraded to the official ICS firmware, you're OUT OF LUCK. There is currently NO known method to root.
There's already an extensive guide included with Condi's awesome ALLinONE tool, but for many, a video is always helpful.
Make sure you READ the video's description and follow the instructions!
