Unhappy Scratching sound

Hello all,

I have a Samsung Galaxy I9100G . It seem that i have a problem... I keep getting complains from the persons who I call that they hear a scratching sound when I speak with them. Also I can't here them very well, some times I hear them like they are in a poor quality signal area... Is this a software problem or hardware? I tried several times some test calling diferent persons, also calling in the same room the hear that sound, and is very enoing... The scratching sound is not all the time, but most of the time. I've spoken with a person several times in a day, and some times he complained, some times he didn't... Please help.

Thank you.

Maybe your signal strength is not very good in those areas that you tested. Try going outside and calling a few different people a few times to see if the call quality is still bad.

Also make sure that whatever case you use is not rubbing against the mic which would cause the other person to hear scratchy sounds.

Well... I am in a 3G+ area, the other persons are also in a 3G+ area, so that is not the problem. I've tried some tests with the case on and the case off... When I speak with the heads set, it seem that there is no problem at all. Also disabling the noise reduction feature did not resolve my problem....
