Acer official ICS roms
Thanks to Vache providing the OTA files

-Bootloader.blob & stock recovery removed. (your custom recovery and bootloader stay intact)
-Full root patched kernel , thanks to ezterry for providing me the script to do it.
-SuperUser installed in system
-EsFileExplorer & Flashplayer in data (can be removed like any app from the market)
-NOTHING ELSE IS CHANGED !!
Not deodexed or zipaligned , really nothing else is changed!
DEODEXED AND ZIPALIGNED VERSIONS BOTTOM OF THIS THREAD !
So if you got problems with it you got problems with Acer.

Installation note !
Flash with CWM
FOR ICS BOOTLOADER USERS ,

If you want it to boot on your HC 3.01 make sure you flash the kernel for HC bootloaders after you flashed the rom and before you reboot.
You find it with every rom.

If you decide and stop beeing a chicken with your HC bootloader =how to get ICS bootloader and custom recovery.

I don't intend to support the old HC bootloader , but i do so even the ones that are to afraid of flashing there bootloader get a chance to run full stock ICS
If you want ICS it is best to use the ICS bootloader so you have no glitches , messed up bootscreens and SoD.

Don't ask for request , this is for the people that want full stock with full root , no AcerRing or any other special app , this is as Acer put it out.

This is a great idea civato! It's like the modded stock idea I had a while ago but had real problems getting to work ;P
Personally I would have deodexed and zipaligned too but the nature of ROMs is that everyone thinks something different is better haha

Deodexed and zip aligned versions will come, its 20 minutes work for every rom but wanted to start of with full stock.
Remember speed wise the odexed roms got a little advandage over deodexed roms.
But you need deodexed roms if you want to mod them and change stuff to them.

Oh and I got full deodexed zipaligned , flexreaper

sorry for my nembie question, if i flash the rom without flash the kernel 301 would i lost cwm recovery? so i must install your unlocked bootloader like your other tutor thread?

You can flash this on any bootloader , but if you got the HC bootloader 3.01 you NEED to flash the kernel for HC bootloader users , if not it won't boot.

And what does the OP says , "-Bootloader.blob & stock recovery removed." in the roms.
So your custom recovery will stay intact.

All info is in OP.
But to make clear:

If you are on HC rom and with it you are on the HC bootloader you have 2 options.

Option 1:You just flash one of these roms and you flash the kernel (that is posted with every rom) for HC bootloader users right after you flashed the rom and before you rebooted. (If you don't do that while on HC3.01 bootloader ICS will not boot , but remember , with HC booltoader still on your tablet screen glitches and messed up boot screens are normal)

Option 2: You install the Unlocked ICS booltoader and custom recovery , flash the rom and reboot (no need to flash a extra kernel).
In my honest opion this is the best , update you booltoader to ICS bootloader to have full advantage of ICS with no glitches.
Why go back to HC ?
