There is a "sprint" leak ruu out there. But the rom portion still has a lot of virgin Mobile trash in it, and is missing the sprint bloat. But the firmware is sprints. Looks like it is a "RTM" ruu.. Release to manufacturer

Just rebooted and saw the familiar "Android is upgrading" screen. This *really* is *real* ICS! I'm not just dreaming!

Can anyone confirm that Sprint VMM is working (besides the 'pending message') and if so, is the pending message as easy as removing the .apk, and maybe reinstalling?

I haven't flashed yet, just trying to get a few things figured out before I take the plunge into some sweet ICS

I had the same problem initially. I updated it the latest version, sorted out my SU issues (installed superuser from the market), then I went into manage applications, went to wifi tether and cleared the data. When I restarted wifi tether, I had to put all of my settings in again, and then it asked for root when I started it. Since then it works perfectly.

I still keep ending up stuck at the white hTC screen. I'm using 4ext recovery and am on the unlocked 1.5
I wipe everything and flash it and it just sits at the white hTC screen. I go back into recovery and flash 'ole faithful Viper ROM and it boots up as it should.
