Indian ROM is the best, I've tried all 3 ROMs, and decide to stay with Indian ROM. Waiting for deodexed and flash it again.

I'm going to try it. I just don't want my phone off for very long right now. Waiting on important calls from my family. Thanks for the overview.

I use Circle Battery Widget to display 1% step battery, but don't know how to change stock batt icon, tried replace libbatt.so, libandroid_servers.so, battd, replaced battery images in framework-res.apk but didn't work
Anyone know how to implement 1% step? Please make it for Indian ROM :x

The rom has to be deodexed. I'm pretty sure it won't work on this rom.

I'm sure something compatible will show up sooner or later... but, you would need to edit the framework-res.apk and services.jar if you wanted to give it a go yourself..

Flashed the Indian rom. To me personally the ME865 is a little smoother and snappier. Maybe because it is deodexed. I don't know, just sharing my opinion.

Note that these ROMs may appear to bootloop but make sure you give it a couple minutes. The stock boot animation is a pulsing M so it's hard to tell if it's a bootloop or just a long bootup.
Good luck!
