Help please... it's stuck at Naa logo , with gb one it was solved using "power off" in recovery but here there's not this option.

I wiped everything, I'm using the ics kernel..

EDIT: Solved! corrupted zip file. Recopied it to SD and it works fine.

Mat, the setup from my previous doesn┤t work. Searching on.

Just one suggestion:

Would you consider adding this question to your test protocol ?

- My baseband is:

2.1.1.A.0.6

or

2.1.1.C.0.0

We know from Slade87┤s Gintonic times that they require different librils.

ro.telephony.ril.v3=icccardstatus,skipbrokendatacall,signalstrength,datacall

you can't delete the bold word, this is needed for the SIM to work

2.1.1.A.0.6 isn't a baseband, but yes, we can consider this too,
i was using 2.1.1.A.0.6 and not 2.1.C.0.0 when i started using customs

if you have time to compare both, i would be happy (i have no time to try by myself)

_______________________________
i had no time to perform full test, so this is just a preview :
  • for very early results (temporary), i feels that condition 2/ doesn't improve anything (just fix the PIN network)
  • i don't think there is much difference between 3/ and 4/ (they both have 0dBm problem)

2/
Code:
ro.telephony.ril.v3=icccardstatus,skipbrokendatacall,signalstrength,datacall,qcomuiccstack
: letting phone idle for the night

but displays properly the dBm :

4/
Code:
ro.telephony.ril.v3=1,icccardstatus,skipbrokendatacall,datacall,qcomuiccstack
:
just to show the 0dBm problem (due to no "signalstrength" argument)

I`m thinking of testing this for some time, but I need:
1. 2.1.1.A.0.6 firmware /anybody care to give me a link?/
2. time to test, sadly I`ll be off for two days from now

use live wallpapers, 100%ultra brightness and running Widgets will drain battery
If you txt alot and use the physical KB that drain battery too
Look like from the pxts tht you phone is switching from 2g to 3g and that could cause drain if the phone is constantly switching towers

Also you will want to do 2 or 3 full charge/discharge cycles before you'll see results from a battery calib

P.s: correct me f im wrong once you flash custom kernel, A(C).0.6(0) dont matter

I asked it a page or two back and all other posts since that weren't replies to it, so I asked again, hoping for an answer
