Cheers for replying Obviously I am not a dev, but I do have a minute degree of background knowledge: does this mean we have hit a dead end, or are there any possible ways around this hurdle/does it just mean it will be harder now?
Future hopes:

before: Sony Ericsson W580i - Proprietary OS Java Platform 7
history: Sony Ericsson K300i - Proprietary OS Java Platform 3; Nokia 3510i - Series 30/40 software platform

¿Then do not will continue with the ROM?
¿codecs are for the video, no?
that if it dares to be followed and in the future will look if no solution, no?

The development will continue (if nAa wishes to) and if the codecs weren't released then it may not be implemented but CM9 is not only about cam recording. We've lots of features in the ROM and the Cyanogen Team also updates and adds new features and in the future we should see those updates on our phone.

Device: Galaxy Nexus (International)
Kernel: franco.Kernel-Milestone6
ROM: MiNCO(Android JB 4.1.2
Baseband: XXLH1

Device: X10 Mini Pro (U20i)

ROM: MiniCM7-2.2.0
