Playing music on my note?

Just wanted to know if the sound on the note is great? Without headphones it does not sound to crisp at all, only had my note for a day but i noticed the quality is not as good as on my htc but oh well lol

I am not an extreme audiophile but i think galaxy s/note are doing OK.
I have a htc desire z and wasn't bad too.
don't believe the beat audio thing, usually these "technology" are MSG (monosodium glutamate) for audio
