I checked it out and I don't really think this is for me. I like MIUI quite a bit, but I stopped using it because GB MIUI is a little too quirky plus it's not compatible with Handcent, and ICS MIUI is too sluggish. So I've reverted back to CM7 for the past few weeks and I'm loving it, especially the speed. I figured CIUI would be a great compromise, but it seems to fall short of MIUI. It's a great start, though, and I'll probably give it another shot some time down the line.
Have you considered adding this?

I use it with my CM7 builds. It's fantastic.
There's also an MIUI camera app, but it doesn't seem to have support for a front-facing camera (unless someone has managed to shoehorn that in there, and I just didn't know about it).
I think I recall in the other CIUI thread that someone was working on recreating the MIUI Settings app. That would be awesome. One of my favorite things about MIUI is the settings app. The Settings app for all other ROMs (AOSP, AOKP, CM7, Sense, etc.) is always ugly as ****. MIUI seems to be the only one that cares about making the Settings app more appealing.
