orders from att over the weekend back ordered

Has anyone placed a order online or over the phone with att and the status is showing back ordered.

Placed mine over the phone and it shows back order. Jus curious to see what y'all are seeing.

Placed mine on Friday... it showed back ordered for a very minimal time on Friday then shipped later that day... unfortunately out of Memphis instead of DFW (I live in DFW) and its 2 day, so I won't be getting it until Tuesday...

Can't you just go to a store with your pre-order receipt and they do a "direct fulfillment" at the store....?

They've touted that to me in the past.

I work for att and the only shipment we got are the grey ones...white ones are on back order.

Mine is a white one. So I might be waiting a few more days. What's the chances of doing what the guy above you said and bringing in my receipt to a local store and getting it like that. Would they allow that at your location.

i oredered mine from radioshack online AND have it preordered at a physcial store and they absolutely will not let me do this lol
