That's strange, I suggest emailing Jason about it. With me he took a week but he got it done. As far as I can tell he's the only one pulling it off right now.

Does someone know if this will work?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sprint_...4G_LTE_network

I understood that Straight Talk won't work.

Maybe we can unlock extra frequences and modes by flashing, who knows, maybe it's the all the same hardware, just locked to the carrier.

The HTC One X will not work in any way shape or form on Sprint

TracFone will not work, however it just looks like to me you can order a sim card from Straight Talk and say you have an AT&T compatible account and I see no reason why it wouldn't work with this phone.

We have a long long uphill battle before that conversation can continue. Until this phone is bootloader unlocked with S-off that is impossible.

The bad news, T-Mobile does work but is EDGE only. So, at this stage the HTC One X is not functioning with any AWS HSPA support. This should work internationally with no problem on any networks utilizing 850/1900/2100mhz however.

Additionally, for those who would like to unlock please use this URL:
http://unlockphonenetwork.com/unlock/3

This is a referral code for me, so your price remains the same but I get a kickback from the network for referring you to them. In all my emails back and forth Jason from their was a great guy and suggested that I share this URL with anyone else interested.

The final piece of bad news is I noticed on the HTC.com website they have altered the spec to remove AWS from the listing on the AT&T One X so it appears they are backing away from their claim of support.
Htc site still shows AWS support

So how fast is EDGE on T-Mobile on your unlocked AT&T HTC One X?

Thanks... plee3

Not at all. Very very slow. Painfully, unusably slow.

Meh, I will get a Nexus instead then. HTC really should learn from Google.
