Its just baseband file. Nothing will happen. You can always go back to original one if you are not satisfied.

only 3% drain after 5 hour sleep

Hmm so i see its working for ICS and no lag or any other fc
and i must download only baseband 64 in the OP and flash it with flashtool to solve the drain?
Im on locked bl official ICS.

i run on stock kernel. please someone respond 2 me

You can use the 64 baseband from the link provided. It doesn't matter on your bl ( locked or unlocked).

baseband 56 from firmware 42 also good for battery.
im also on lock bootloader.
