Do you know anything about this ROM? Does it include English? Will it work on Rogers/AT&T? etc..

i know anything rom , yes the HK`s 1.77.708.2 ruu include english。

Ruu will not work on different device.

Right, but once we get CWM on our device, we can flash whatever we want, including the partitions (boot, system, maybe radio, etc) from this ROM. Or at the very least, merge its potential bug fixes with our devices.

Radios will not be flashable unless there is S-off. Not to mention you will not be able to run the ruu directly. It will have to be configured as a cwm flashable

Ah, I always forget about S-OFF. Although, with S-OFF, can we not just "fastboot flash radio radio.img?" That's what I've been doing with the DHD.
