Default What was your first HTC phone?

I've been noticing people commenting that they've been a long time HTC user, going back to the hero or even the G1.

Reading these comments makes me feel very old, lol. Just wanted to get an idea of how many generations current HTC users have been through....

My first HTC device was the audiovox XV6600 on Verizon (aka blue angel).

After owning that phone for 2 years jumped to sprint with the 6800 -> 6900 -> diamond -> touch pro -> hero -> EVO and now the 3D.

I may actually pass on upgrading this year for the first time. Not because I have any qualms with the LTE, but because I'm actually satisfied with the 3D.

I don't think some you guys understand how far HTC's build quality has come over the years.
The touch pro was by far the most killer phone at the time on paper, but the phone was put together terribly. I couldn't bare to own most of those phones for more than 6 months let alone a year. The 3D is the first one that has held up physically and still runs lightening fast.

I think we've finally reached the point of diminishing returns.

You must be getting old... I had the xv6600 as well, it was my first HTC phone. But the codename was the HTC Harrier... the Blue Angel was the GSM version!

First phone was an iPhone then at&t screwed me so I cancelled and got a hero even thou that phone was ridiculously slow I immediately fell in love Lmao.. have had every EVO since and just preordered my LTE I love android but i must say I'm an HTC fanboy the feel of the their phones along with the usefullness of sense to me is the perfect compliment to android. Only phone line id ever consider is a nexus and if HTC ever makes one again I'm in. Well maybe sense is hard to part with :P
