Stuck downgrading my windows phone 6.5

hi all, I hard formatted my windows phone 6.5, HTC HD2 and started setup for HSPL3 For HTC Leo. The setup started and failed and i'm stuck with it now. it gives me screen
HX-BC
SPL-1.42.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
Micro(TOUCH) 0x40
and when i start phone power+volume down with leoimg.nbh in SD card the screen says
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-1.42.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
Micro(TOUCH) 0x40
Upgrade ROM code error. please try again
Serial.
Please help!!!

Common issue:
You still have standard SPL installed & thus require a ROM that is correct ROM code of original country/operator which the one on your SD card is not hence "Upgrade ROM code error"
Your 2 options are:
1. Use HSPL 3 or 4 to install a HSPL which bypasses CID lock & allows you to flash any ROM but by USB & RUU, if do from SD it overwrites HSPL with SPL everytime
2. Find a compatable CID code ROM & flash it ...

If this is a T-Mobile USA handset make sure to flash a ROM with correct radio or you will have a brick ...

@OP, you are in the wrong forum, this is for tmo usa model hd2 only. (That's why there's so few recent posts, , , most tmous users are now in the android forums.

With the phone in the stripey screen (bootloader) connect usb, , when 'serial' changes to 'usb' you are ready to try running hspl again. What are you aiming for? if its android, (meaning your target is 2.08.hspl) use HSPL2 instead.
