Attention! ( No ICS for Galaxy R = We must join together and act ! )

As you all know Samsung promised ICS for Samsung Galaxy R, but now thay give a different explanation, like this " Samsung Mobile España...Galaxy R no recibirá ICS ya que no se puede asegurar el perfecto funcionamiento en estos dispositivos. Saludos." in translation " R Galaxy not receive ICS because there is no guarantee the perfect operation in these devices. Greetings. "

My suggestion is to unite together and through social networks show our unhappiness !

I suggest the following:

1. Every day act on different fb page.
2. Put them the same questions until we get concrete answers to us.

Questions that could be asked:

- Why is Samsung not updating Galaxy R to ICS 4.0 as they had promised earlier ? Why are you fooling your consumers ?(Post links to the above mentioned articles as proof but also take screenshots before as they can simply take down that page)

- Why is Samsung back tracking on the updates even though Galaxy R is highly capable of running ICS ? Why are you fooling your customers ?

- If Samsung is updating then what's the schedule and when will Galaxy R get ICS ?

- If Samsung is not updating then give back our money as they are not updating as promised earlier which was basis on which we bought Galaxy R. Ask others users not to buy Samsung mobiles because they cheat & fool users.

The tentative dates given by various regional departments of Samsung:

Germany: Scheduled for July, should be available by August.

Sweden: Between July 23, 2012 - August 5, 2012

India: ICS will be released for Galaxy R very soon. Stay tuned.

This is false, Samsung will update Galaxy R, Google force companies to update at least one time their devices.

i have mailed to samsung service care, mailed to their CEO, mailed to samsung customer voice, wall post on india fb page, twitted on india twitter.

I ask : All this is nice, Samsung presents a new model Galaxy S3, etc., but what about the promised ICS update for other models? Samsung has promised ICS for the Galaxy R out, now our comments on what ever Samsung page are deleted and users are baned. Question for you, do you know when you might be expected update specifically for the Galaxy R? thank you

Answer: Dear Zeljko, we just launched an update to ICS for S2, we are working on and to come to the other Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy R as soon as possible.
