How to Install - Coming from NON ICS Rom

• Download Rom and latest Google Apps and enter recovery
• Wipe/Factory Reset
• Flash rom zip file
• Reboot...will hang on kernel splash screen
• Use three-button method to enter recovery mode
• Go to mounts and storage and format system, data, and cache
• Reflash rom
• Flash Gapps
• Reboot

How to Install - Coming from another ICS Rom

• Download Rom and latest Google Apps and enter recovery
• Wipe/Factory Reset (this not necessary if coming from previous Uni build)
• Wipe cache, Wipe Davlik Cache
• Flash rom zip file
• Flash Gapps
• Reboot

Known issues

• Dock not working
• Video recording choppy at 720res in high light...use 480
• Panorama mode on the camera is blurry
• Torch not working, flash better.

For those having issues with the camera on build 38...see the following post for the fix http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=1725

For those having issues with losing recovery after flashing. Here is the .tar file for flashing in odin. This will replace recovery on your device and should...I repeat, should, allow you to reboot.

ICS Recovery

Once connected in download mode, place in the pda slot and flash via odin.

Here is a OC kernal @ 1.6 CLICK.Thanks to jblparisi for allowing us to share with you and his hard work on a alternate kernal. All thanks should go to him. Right now this is a boot.img so use sgs kernal flasher from the market to flash and you will be good to go.
