i ran these first as suggested;
roeiboots-MacBook-Pro:root-one-x roeiboot$ mv root-mac.sh root-mac-orig
roeiboots-MacBook-Pro:root-one-x roeiboot$ strings root-mac-orig > root-mac.sh
roeiboots-MacBook-Pro:root-one-x roeiboot$ chmod 755 root-mac.sh
roeiboots-MacBook-Pro:root-one-x roeiboot$ bash root-mac.sh

Don't touch the device or unplug while rooting!

The 1.94 has the new hboot so it patched this exploit as well as the 1.85 exploit so you will need to unlock your hboot via htcdev then you can root afterwards.
