Before procedure my wife's said .02 now I believe it says .17. Works on windows 7

Have given it a go. Caynairb's method worked fine on a Win7 PC.
Installed the radio over the top of Leedroid's ROM with no problems.

Hopefully the OP can rewrite this with directions for that - but I can confirm that it works and have had others test this as well.
Hi, to clarify Cayniarb's directions - essentially flashing any custom recovery will allow you to adb/dd updated Radios to the device for that session?

Is this method applicable to other S-ON devices eg HTC Incredible S etc?

hello, a question, do not know anything about a new update. In HTCmania some people have received the OTA Update 2.21.401.10
