Default Stuck in HBOOT, no flashing possible (S-ON)

Hello Sagas :),
I got a problem with a Desire S: It only boots up to the HTC-Logo. If I'm right because of the output of fastboot getvar all the mistake was to flash RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.9_Radio_20.4801.30. 0822U_3822.10.... (I think it was this RUU because this is the only one with the exact main version) to this device because it hast a T-Mobile (DE) Branding.

The Bootloader shows up with
Code:
*** Security Warning ***
SAGA PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-0.98.0000
RADIO-3822.10.08.04_M
eMMC-boot
bla
fastboot getvar all shows
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 0.98.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 3822.10.08.04_M
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 2.10.401.9
(bootloader) serialno: blabla
(bootloader) imei: blabla
(bootloader) product: saga
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-7230
(bootloader) modelid: PG8810000
(bootloader) cidnum: T-MOB101
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3969mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: 361a7ba6
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 12
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
all: Done!
finished. total time: 0.062s
-> T-Mobile-Branding

I tried to flash RUU_Saga_TMO_DE_1.30.111.1_Radio_20.28b.30.0805U_3 8.03.02.11_M_release_178580_signed but I get an error like 140 Bootloader Version Error
Then I tried to put the zip as PG88IMG.zip on sdcard.
Result in Bootloader: MAIN VERSION IS OLDER

Any tips for me?

Sorry if you get a little excited after seeing a reply in this thread but I would remove your serial number and IMEI from your first post as everyone can see this and I don't think you want some people to know it

I always thought it was a security risk but if it isn't then someone let me know

Done, for sure,thank you :).

I'm really helpless, because not even someone tells me that the device is broken. Am I right with the idea that a RUU with the mentioned main version from T-Mobile (DE) can fix my problem?

SOLVED! I made a Goldcard with my Nexus One, flashed the rom.zip of the newest HTC Europe RUU over SD and... solved :)
