Now with Root, How Do You Remove Three-Dot Menu from Bottom of the Screen?

Now that we have root, how can I remove or remap the hardware buttons so the 3-dot menu button doesn't show up on every single non-ICS app?

Yes, this would be a good thing.

This is the single most annoying thing about this phone. If there was a way to get rid of them I would be a VERY happy camper.
