Default location is all over the place

When I have both my Verizon and Google location turned on my location in Google maps jumps from tower to tower. When you have these both turned on Location gets it's accuracy by triangulation from local towers. Since the 20th of April my small blue curser in Google Maps has been jumping from tower to tower very fast. (every 10 to 20 seconds) It sometimes settles down on a tower in next town over 4 miles away when it just bounces off the local LTE towers just a few blocks away. Never did this before April 20th. I know they did work on the local towers in my area on or around that date.
Anyone else having this issue with your location in Google maps?
Thanks,
Vinny

Its the Verizon location agent, use app to kill it or turn off Verizon GPS.
Just use internal GPS and Google.
