Wiping cache and dalvik cache doesn't delete any user data, btw. Just don't wipe data (factory reset).
And I am using matrix. I haven't had any problems since I fixed permissions (but its only been a few days)

Yeah, I tried wiping dalvik and cache. No go.
Same for fixing permissions.
Don't know what happened, but that's it.
I'm restoring a backup from last day, and after I'll flash another kernel.

Did you reflash the rom after wiping?
And, Here's a detailed post by mixtapes that explains how to fix permissions

If you have root explorer or something similar to it. Copy this to system/bin http://www.mediafire.com/?hyxn76x0hn8hjnn then go download terminal emulator on playstore then type.

No need to reboot your phone.

I should reflash ROM without wiping?
So, if I got this straight: wipe cache and dalvik, fix permissions from recovery, reflash ROM, flash amoled blue theme (can I?), all fixed?

btw: thanks for the help, I was clueless

Why is this thread not in Nexus S Android Development? We have Oxygen 3.0 thread already there so why not an AOKP thread? Sorry but I must ask...

I posted it here because I am not part of the development of this ROM. Didn't want the mods to close shut it down because of that.

I completely understand and agree, since this is just Info thread no actual support is giving here( from the Team Kang )

But I must say thanks navjot94 for getting it started.

That shouldn't give you any problems, try it and see how it goes. But I don't think amoled blue has been updated for B35 yet so you should hold off on that unless you are still on Milestone 5.
Sorry for late response :/ this post kinda got buried earlier and I didn't see it.

I added an FAQ to the second post to make things more clear for new AOKP-ers
Also added travp's inverted gapps to the Themes Post (4th post), check 'em out
