Just reflash the rom without clearing data(just wipe cache and dalvik cache)

Is just because i try the AOKP rom with many kernels, and battery life isn't good on this rom. Actualy i had some instability isues to. I don't try yet the build 37 but seems is same like before in battery. But what i realy like in AOKP are the costumizations.
Now i want to try the max battery life with my daily usage, then i make a test with screen on. How i can test the screen on?

@peepee999

I'm a moderate user...like 40-60min of music in the car, 10-30min games, 20min of browsing, 40min to 2h of calls, 10-20sms/mms, etc...sync, bt and 3g (because of bad 3g signal) are off, wifi is always on, but almost connected just when i'm home.
Rom is latest Rascream Sandwich and kernel Trinity T11-NS-56HZ-CV-ANY-201213423
