What overlay are you using in your device and vendor files? That's what makes it work. You need proprietary apps from the stock rom too

Get a stock rom copy every apk from system/app that you are missing. Decompile mms.apk from stock sprint, open values/config.xml, values.xml, strings.xml arrays.xml get out the values folder and go into the xml folder. Any value don't match mms.apk in your rom either edit or add the code
