[Q] problem with ussd code

Hello
I am running ICGSGS 4.2 with Devil 0.72
I have three problems:
1- I have changed to a pre-paid plan and Everytime I run a USSD code to check my balance I recieve the following message (a9 1 5 j/c) which is not my balance of course. plz help me I can't know my balance
2-I am trying to make a swap partition on my SD but I can't find a free program to partition it
3-I installed Ultimate special FX and it didn't work maybe because of the kernel I use doesn't support 720p recording can you plz tell me which kernel supports 720p recording (and swap if available).
