Hmm, you should always have /tmp/recovery.log. If you have a chance can you do busybox df. The df in recovery doesn't give partition info.

You need to get the log & run df from recovery, not from android. You will need adb access.

I have a couple of ROM's that were saved with cmd. Question... Is the only way I can save then with TWRP is to reflash cmd then load the ROM, then flash TWRP then save that ROM.

Yes unfortunately the backups between TWRP and CWM are not compatible. However if you are looking for just Apps, Titanium Backup supports extracting APKs from both CWM and TWRP image files.

Thanks I was just trying to recover the stock from and was confused. also I can't flash team perfections ics it keeps failing I've reflashed twp and redownloaded the from 3 times..
