Excellent tutorial! easy and useful.. That iconback/iconupon feature is very cool as we don't have to theme every single icon.. awesome!

Try com.android.gallery3d/com.android.camera.Camera or (.CameraLauncher)

Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2

Edit: Its com.android.gallery3d/com.android.camera.CameraLauncher

Recheck for typo's, I just updated one of my themes and this is what I added.
<item component="ComponentInfo{com.android.gallery3d/com.android.camera.CameraLauncher}" drawable="camera" />

I can't check right now, but I think the icon you need to change is ic_apps in the xdpi folder

If you look in the template files under the res/drawable-xhdpi directory, you'll find two images (ic_allapps and ic_allapps_pressed). Also worth noting is the all_apps_button_icon.xml that is found in the res/drawable directory. You need those images, paired with the xml, in order to successfully and automatically replace the app drawer button when your theme is applied.
Find my goodies on Google Play. If you want to get in touch with me, @ me on twitter.

Regarding the ApexThemeSample in the directory "res/drawable-xhdpi" there are the image files "folder_icon_inner_holo.png", "folder_icon_outer_holo.png" and "folder_icon_rest.png" (among others).Where, or what for are these images used?
They are used to theme folders.

because I did that but been getting reports that it still does not work.
I can take a look for you if you send me your theme.
