Default Did HTC released the kernel source code for HTC One S ?

As the topic, did HTC released the kernel source code for our phone?
I would like to have an overclock kernel with a different CPU governor and i/o scheduler like Smartass V2 and SIO scheduler.

I just bought one x but dont really wanna use HTC dev to unlock bl just yet. Do u guys know what is different between one x and one s? Is the one s thinner?
