[Q] Light leak warranty?

I have bad light leak on my new att one x and I bought it online so I can't go to an att store. I was wondering if there is any way HTC might send me a replacement? Does anyone have experience with this? This is my first HTC phone. I was thinking maybe I could put in the notes to just replace the device because I doubt they will actually repair the device. Any thoughts?

Contact wherever you bought the phone, they'll ask you to ship yours in first most likely.

Where did you get it from, besides online? AT&T.com? Amazon? If it's att's website, they'll ship you a new one after going into a store to verify it wasn't liquid damaged (Or have the store give you one right there). If it's amazon, they'll cross ship you another one no questions asked. Need more info than this.

SOmething you're going to have to live with. The light leak is a reported issue here. It's very very very VERY minor. Really if you don't like it, then I would say, 1. put a case on your phone (may fix)... 2. wait for the s3.

I have no light leak. Go exchange or just return.

A lady from the ATT executives office shipped it to me because of a problem I had with my skyrocket. Im not sure what to do exactly.

mine has light leak in the bottom right corner, its pretty minor. (white)
the rogers guy was staring at it going " i dont see anything".

doesnt really bother me at all, only see it when you go looking for it, and i know its going to be on the other phones...

Just curious, what exactly are you guys talking about?
