[APP] ICS SD Binder

Hi,

Because external SD mount point changed in unofficial ICS builds, I've developed a small app that binds /emmc to /sdcard/external_sd as it was in Gingerbread.

Works on rooted devices only.

1.4.1 - bugfixes
1.4.2 - hopefully fixed service loop and battery drain issue reported by some users
1.4.3 - enhanced compatibility with Android 4.1+ by adding more "original mount point" options
1.4.4 - bug fixes
1.4.5 - CM10 compatible

No need for it on stock Samsung ICS. Samsung still binds emmc to /mnt/sdcard/externalsd.

With script manager and a little script to mount the emmc into /external_sd, it can be run automatically after boot...

Yes, I know. I did it for less experienced users
