App Draw

Does anyone know if you are able to re organise apps in the app draw like you can on s2 (for example a page for sport,a page for astronomy,a page for news.) rather than jus sort them in alphabetical order. I notice the apps on s3 draw appear to be sorted in alphabetical order. On the nexus and one you cannot re organise ( only either alphabetical or size) The only part of pure ics and sense i dont like. Was why i loved touchwiz and with new touchwiz more streamline aiming to show more orig ics I hope this feature hasnt been left out of the new touchwiz.

Also can you pinch in the app draw to reorganise whole pages
