My Camera Isnt Working

Hey everyone please can someone help me? My camera just stopped working out of no where. When i click on the camera app, it opens and the screen in the camera app is scrambled. And then the application crashes; it asks me to wait or to close it.

The front camera is working.

I have tried: reset the tab
Held down the power button
Put it on and off
Factory reset the tab
Nothing has worked. I want to try a manual reset using the PC, but i dont know how to do it.

Can someone give me directions or a link or can you advise me on anything else to try. Thank you guys so much in advanced
