All you people claiming high speeds yet none of you can provide screen shots that's just life without hard evidence its just word of mouth and yes more than one person can be liars. But I don't really care just wanted to see actual evidence. Its a great rom. No room for hostility.

No room for hostility??? What do you think your doing when your calling people liars???? I myself take that as being a jerk really. And no I'm not going to run and give you a screen shot just to prove something to you... Let me take my time and waste it on you? Nope no reason to. Point made said my peace. So good luck with your slow device....

Edit: Sean said a couple of pages ahead of this one that Power + Home will take the screen capture (as a number of other members posted). And it did for my finally! This was after 3 days of trying. No idea why it didn't work before. I do find that it's kinda' finicky as more often than not pressing those buttons pulls up the task manager. You have to get (on my phone anyway) the timing of the two button presses exact, and hold it for a couple of secs.
LOL WOW. ON GB ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TAP THE HOME KEY. NOW YOU HOLD IT. HAHAHAHAHA
Sorry I am very excited.

Maybe in the OP, you should include this is big bold red letters:

FOR SCREENSHOT: PRESS AND HOLD POWER + HOME KEY FOR AT LEAST 2 SECS. And make sure you're on the latest base and update.

Happy days...
I sound really lame.

Okay, well I think I found the problem. If you navigate to system/media/audio/ui the two sounds I mentioned are there as .ogg files. There are numerous files and I think that they are being misused. One of them is unlock.ogg and the other is maybe TWwaterdrop.ogg. I guess I can just find the correct sounds and rename them. I just thought it could be important for Seanz to know (that is unless I'm the only I'm experiencing this).

Hope this eases your doubting mind as to the validity of the words of others..

It's not the max I've seen but if it isn't sufficient can't say I didn't try..

This is a development thread anyway.. Shall we continue forward with that thought in mind?

Forget it... renaming those.ogg files didn't fix anything. I'm at a loss. Sorry to interrupt your bickering.

The new drip type sound for screen presses should be the sgs3 sounds.
