Actually based on the first post, it said it only works for Lewa and Cm7.x based roms but I managed to flash it successfully on my CM9.

I am currently using MegaBass.. Should I delete the libs from MegaBass first? before flashing this?? Or just freeze my DSP manager?

just uninstall DSP manager..and you can flash this over megabass..no bootloop or watsoever..just remember to mount /system /data..
